1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyCook’s website, mobile app, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

• User/You: Anyone who registers or uses EasyCook services.
• Service: Meal subscriptions (Standard or Customized), Recipes & Tips, Delivery services.
• Rest Day: Days without meal delivery (2 days in 20-day plan; 1 day in 24-day plan).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information including Username, Password, Email, and Mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.

4. Subscription Plans & Menu Selection

• Choose between Standard (fixed menu) or Customized (first options pre-selected) plans.
• Select 20-day (2 rest days) or 24-day (1 rest day) durations.
• Menus may be updated periodically; changes must be confirmed 48 hours before first delivery.
• Weekly plans are not offered.

5. Recipes & Tips

Content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially.

6. Payment Terms

• Multiple payment methods available (credit/debit cards, PayMop, bank transfer, mobile wallets).
• Payment is due upon confirmation.
• Non-payment may result in cancellation.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Governed by the Shipping & Service Duration Policy.
• You must be available during the scheduled delivery window or provide a secure drop-off location.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

• Governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via support@easycook.com at least 72 hours before delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on EasyCook platforms including text, images, logos, and designs are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EasyCook from claims arising from breach of terms or misuse of services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will first be subject to mediation, then binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email and website announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
