2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM local time Mon–Fri are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day.
- Weekend orders processed next Monday.
3. Delivery Schedule
- Delivery window: 8 AM to 6 PM local time.
- Deliveries daily except on rest days.
- Customers may reschedule up to two times with at least 48 hours’ notice.
4. Packaging & Handling
- Meals delivered in insulated, eco-friendly packaging.
- Please refrigerate meals immediately and consume within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
- Severe weather or logistics issues will be communicated via SMS or email with alternative delivery
options.
- Public holidays may affect schedules; advance notice will be provided.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and access instructions.
- Be available during delivery or provide a safe drop-off location.
- Report missing or damaged orders within 2 hours of scheduled delivery.
